healthy and Glowing skin

If you want a healthy, glowing complexion, drink plenty of water. Water detoxifies the skin and keeps acne at bay. Wash your face on and off with good medicated soap and lukewarm water to keep away the dirt and impurities. Eat a balanced and healthy diet. Hot fomentation to open pores and rinsing the skin with cold water after squeezing waste is an effective remedy. Sun and air baths for the body are beneficial to the skin. A teaspoon of coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder is also considered an effective remedy to treat acne scars naturally.
