Bad Habits That Make Your Hair Thinner

Taking hot steamy showers:

Hot water dehydrates strands (just like skin), leading to dry, brittle hair that’s more prone to snap and fall out, explains Ryan Welter, MD, a Boston-based hair transplant surgeon. “Not only are you washing your hair’s protective oils down the drain, but the heat throws your scalp's pores into overdrive to keep up with oil production, which can damage the root and lead to additional shedding.”
Save your healthy hairs : Take the temp down a few degrees. “Opt for a warm shower, and try to rinse hair with the coolest temperature possible.”

How to apply kajal

Kajal is a woman’s best friend, especially because it beautifies the eyes instantly, while lighting up the face. Besides being a cosmetic product, you should know that it has some medical properties, which help in preventing eye ailments.
India and Pakistan of the few Asian countries and few Arab countries are quite well known to wear kajal. Its not only women in these sections of society that wear kajal, there are a lot of men who wear kajal to protect the eyes.
There are a lot of religious reasons also known in these countries that favors individuals to wear kajal.
If I were to wear only 1 makeup product before leaving home, I’d surely choose wearing a kajal (or kohl). I feel that since ‘eyes speak louder than words’, they should always be accentuated! These are a few tips on how a kajal needs to be applied :-
When using a kajal pencil, always start from the outer corner working inwards. Make sure to take short strokes & don’t shy away from pressing the pencil on the waterline. You are not going to hurt yourself while doing this. Kajal pencils are made keeping in mind the area that it needs to be used in & hence they are creamy & soft.
In case if you feel that your eyes are very watery & the regular kajal pencils do not stay in your eyes, you can use a gel liner with a brush inside your eyes too. Please try it a couple of times & in case if you feel that your eyes are getting red or teary, immediately stop using a liner. Switch over to kajal pencils.
Another way of making your kajal stay longer is by dipping your regular kajal in a black gel liner pot & then applying it directly to your waterline! This would make the black very intense & would make it smudge proof.

If you feel that even after doing this your kajal still smudges, apply a little bit of brown or black eye shadow just below the waterline, with even strokes, again beginning from the outside & stopping till 3/4th of the eye. The powder of the eye shadow will stick on to the creamy texture of the kajal & would not allow the kajal to budge from it’s place. Leave the inner corner bare or apply a light shimmery shade to make the eyes pop.

The hairstyle made popular by Tom Cruise

The hairstyle made popular by Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is, undisputedly, one of the most attractive men in Hollywood.Women find him irresistible and men can't help but imitate him.He was chosen as one of People Magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" three times and as "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1990.But besides natural good looks, what is it about Tom Cruise that makes him so striking?Obviously, he has been a trend setter in the fashion world ever since he first came on the scene in the early "˜80s.But his fashion sense, unlike many other celebrities, is not strictly subject to the current clothing trends.Indeed, when he appears in public, his clothing choices are sophisticated yet subdued. So what is it about his style that draws women's eyes and inspires men to emulate him?Besides a flashing, confident smile and undeniable charisma, it is his hairstyle and accessories. In the course of his career, Tom Cruise has perfected a variety of styles and carried off each with a relaxed coolness and confidence that have made him the envy of many men.

Tom's most frequently sported hair style is the medium-short, purposely messy look.Perhaps the best example of this "˜do is in 1996's "Mission: Impossible" or in "Jerry Maguire."It can be achieved by applying paste or gel to wet hair and working it with fingers into a moderately controlled mess.Of course, this style can now be seen on every other man walking down the street, but when it first surfaced on the fashion scene, it was on male runway models. It seems that men perceived using hair products as a little less taboo if the super-cool Tom Cruise could pull it off as secret agent Ethan Hunt.Besides, this look gave the impression of a low-maintenance look, letting each hair fall wherever it wanted. And because of it, Tom seemed even more effortlessly good-looking.

Tom Cruise set trends again when he grew his hair to shoulder length. This "bad boy" look can be seen most recently in "Mission: Impossible 2" and "The Last Samurai."Cruise also grew his hair long for such movies as "Legend" (1985) and Interview with the Vampire (1994).In the latter, he even dyed his hair blond to play the vampire Lestat. This style is accomplished by starting with a cut that is tapered on the sides and longer in the front to allow for brushing back from the face and to make the hair look fuller.A bit of mousse is applied while hair is wet, and then hair is blow dried and spritzed with some shine spray. This was another easily manageable, relaxed cut that emanated Cruise's carefree manner.Hairstylists assert that it is one of the most in-demand hairstyles of their clients, and has been since "Mission: Impossible 2" came out in 2000.

How does blood pressure can affect the body?

The organs in your body need oxygen to survive. Oxygen is carried through the body by the blood. When the heart beats, it creates pressure that pushes blood through a network of tube-shaped arteries and veins, also known as blood vessels and capillaries. The pressure --- blood pressure --- is the result of two forces. The first force occurs as blood pumps out of the heart and into the arteries that are part of the circulatory system. The second force is created as the heart rests between heart beats. It becomes the reason of Blood Pressure.
How does blood pressure can affect the body?
High blood pressure can affect the body in many ways. First off, most people know that high blood pressure is a direct contributor to heart attack and stroke, but it can also affect the body in many other ways. For example, long-standing high blood pressure -- blood pressure that's been high and has been left untreated for a long periods of time -- can cause weakening of the heart muscle.
The other things it can do, is affect other organs of the body such as the kidneys -- long-term high blood pressure can lead to kidney damage. It can affect the eye blood vessels as well.
So in fact, it could lead to either visual changes or blindness if left untreated, as I said, for a long period of time.
High blood pressure can affect your married life:
One of the biggest problems with high blood pressure is that many people who have it don't feel it. The absence of immediate symptoms makes it easy to ignore, or stop drug treatment when side effects appear. One group of these side effects—sexual problems.
However, sexual problems aren't always the drugs' fault. High blood pressure itself can interfere with a satisfying sex life because it can change circulatory patterns in the body and damage the inner lining of arteries, both of which may decrease blood flow to the penis and vagina.
The myth of symptoms
There's a common misconception that people with high blood pressure, also called hypertension, will experience symptoms such as nervousness, sweating, difficulty sleeping or facial flushing. The truth is that HBP is largely a symptomless condition. If you ignore your blood pressure because you think symptoms will alert you to the problem, you are taking a dangerous chance with your life. Everybody needs to know their blood pressure numbers, and everyone needs to prevent high blood pressure from developing.

  1. Headaches
  2. Nosebleeds
  3. Blood spots in the eyes
  4. Facial flushing
  5. Dizziness
