Plan Your Diet



 Diet plays an important role in giving your skin that glow from within. Your skin reflects what’s going on inside. If you have a healthy diet, your skin will radiate that. A good way to ensure that your diet is healthy is by including food items of different colours in it. For example, have fruits of different colours which will ensure you get all essential nutrients. In addition to this, make sure your diet has foods from all food groups like carbs, proteins, fats, etc. A balanced diet will give your body required nutrients and vitamins. This in turn will enhance the blood circulation and ultimately give you a radiant glow.
